We went on Friday night, and the atmosphere was great right from the start. As the night went on, the place really started to fill up, especially after 11:30 when it got much livelier and more energetic. The crowd was a nice mix, and the vibe was perfect for a fun night out. One thing you absolutely have to try is the Bang Bang Shrimp — it’s hands down a fan favorite. The crispy, flavorful shrimp coated in that deliciously creamy, slightly spicy sauce is something everyone at our table couldn’t get enough of. It’s definitely a must-order dish

A little bar full of character tucked away on the second floor behind an assuming entrance. Good prices during happy hour. I highly recommend the guacamole and bang bang shrimp!

Dinner, drinks, dancing - Big Troubles got you covered and honestly, the food should not be slept on! Asian inspired small plates, reasonably priced, and delicious! We literally enjoyed everything we ordered with the standouts being the bang bang shrimp spring rolls and the popcorn chicken. They have a relatively large menu with many unique dishes and you can bet I'll definitely be back to try some more! Cocktail selection is also not lacking and drinks are made well for the price. Service was a little spotty but super nice and accommodating. The evening dancing crowd starts to pick up relatively quickly after 8/9 so come earlier if you're looking for a more intimate meal in a funky, eclectic setting.

Love their vibes and music. I had such a great time here with my besties. Strongly recommended for group party or night outs in downtown Toronto

Amazing ambiance and finger foods especially those fish sauce wings. Service is exceptional (ask for Peter!) he makes killer cocktails. We tried almost everything on the menu and prices are great! Gets super busy on the weekend so go early.

Wow this place really is like being transported to somewhere in Asia. The decorum is hip the guy is really gracious and the food has a taste that honours the origin. Great for late night open till 2am small plates no too pricey dishes include bang bang rolls ginger butternut squash dumplings and cauliflower bites

Love the vibes, love the ambience. The restaurant is kinda small with not a lot of tables. It becomes very lively later in the evening and transforms itself into a night club. Drinks are fantastic especially the Lychee Mojito and Jameson Herbal Tea! They definitely don't cheap out on the alcohol. Food was good and inexpensive, mainly finger food. I highly recommend the Popcorn Chicken Fries Supreme and the Bang Bang Shrimp. I'd advise coming early to avoid the line up!
